iGOLD V

Registration is open for the iGold V program, which launches on 18 May 2025 (location to be confirmed). This five-module course is for professionals desiring to incorporate holistic theory practice into their work. The course convenes in a different country for each session.

There are three primary sources of content for the course. First we have the seminal research and theories of Gestalt social psychologist Kurt Lewin that incorporates leadership, groups, diversity, organizations and social change.

Next there are the principles and strategies of intervening with individuals, pairs and small social systems from Gestalt therapists Fritz Perls, Laura Pearls and their colleagues. More contemporary perspectives are drawn from the work of Edwin Nevis, Elaine Kepner and other founders of the Cleveland approach to Gestalt theory and practice in organizations.
