My work is international in nature, rooted in local contexts. I marry a complexity-informed perspective with the applied behavioural sciences to address a wide range of organisational challenges. My favourite clients recognize the power of humility, the benefits of humour, and the essentialness of learning.

I am a heterosexual, able-bodied White man born and raised in the United States, only recently aware that I tick all the ‘yes’ boxes on almost any privilege checklist. I have three grown children who challenge me at every opportunity to be my best self. I am discovering what it means to bring my mind, body, and voice to equity and racial justice work.
