Kate Cowie, UK

Program Director

Kate spent her corporate career with Royal Dutch Shell which involved organisation re-design activities, applying culture-change practices, supporting cross-boundary teams, coaching senior managers, and developing leadership capability. In 2003, she founded The Chaos Game, a practice of international OD consultants. She is a faculty member of The NTL Institute; the founding editor of its practitioners’ journal, Practising Social Change; and co-managing editor of its book imprint. She is also the founding member of ODN Europe and the Wicked Company network of social change professionals. Her publications include Finding Merlin: A Handbook for the Human Development Journey in our New Organisational World. She lives on a farm in Scotland.
