Harold Hill is an Organization (OD) and Leadership (LD) Development facilitator, with a passion for enabling the capacity of others. With over 20 years of Gestalt and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) experience, his clients range across many services including technology, hospitality, entertainment and utility. Clients include The Walt Disney Company & Ralph Lauren.

Harold holds an MBA and completed the Principles & Practices of OD program at Columbia University. He is a faculty member of the IOSD programs and a member of National Training Laboratory (NTL). Harold has an ICF and EI certifications and delivers Gestalt sessions around the world on topics of strategy, culture and much more.
