Cortney Cahill is an organization development consultant and executive coach. She uses Gestalt principles, methodology, and presence to develop leaders and their teams toward strategic business outcomes. With over 25 years of experience, her clients include Ralph Lauren, L’Oreal, Audemars Piguet, Open Society Foundations, Boston Children’s Hospital, and IBM, among others.
Cortney holds a Masters in Organization Development from American University and NTL, and a B.A. from the University of Colorado. She has completed many Gestalt training programs including IOSD, Cape Cod Model, Working with Physical Presence, in addition to training and certification in diversity leadership, systemic team coaching and somatic leadership.
