GestaltOD Overview
We teach and practice a Gestalt approach to organizational consulting and leadership development. Our programs are designed for internal and external consultants (e.g., organization development, organizational effectiveness, change management, coaching); HR and training professionals; and executives, managers and administrators who desire to learn more about consulting and leading in “a Gestalt way.”
Our Programs
iGOLD™ (International Gestalt Organization & Leadership Development Program): The centerpiece of our offerings. It is a certificate program that provides in-depth knowledge in Gestalt OD.
Alumni Gathering: For those with prior education and experience in Gestalt theory and practice.
Public Programs: One- or two-week introductory workshops for professionals interested in increasing their knowledge and understanding of Gestalt OD.
