Partner and Faculty: Jonno Hanafin
Jonno Hanafin, MBA is an internationally recognized, seasoned and insightful organizational change advisor with 45 years’ experience on six continents. He is a trusted advisor to CEOs and Boards around the world and has assisted thousands of leaders and hundreds of organizations improve the way they do business.
Jonno has facilitated organizations in launching, expanding globally, merging, transforming their culture and developing their next generation of leaders. As a corporate executive, Jonno directed the global organization and executive development functions for Exxon and was the cultural architect and builder for the Syncrude Canada oil sands project.
Jonno has been recognized as one of the foremost developers of organization and community change consultants and leaders in the world, and has taught Gestalt OD theory and practice for 35 years. He was founder and chair of the original International Organization & Systems Development program.
Jonno is one of four invited facilitators for the Clinton Global Initiative held annually in New York. He has published and taught numerous courses on consulting and leadership. He lives on Bainbridge Island, Washington with his wife, Julie.

Partner and Faculty: John Nkum
The Rev. John Nkum is an international consultant and trainer in Gestalt OD and change management. He also consults, trains and facilitates processes internationally in development planning and project cycle management.
John has more than 25 years of consulting experience with international development cooperation agencies, regional bodies, national governments, civil society organizations and corporate entities. He is the founder and CEO of Nkum Associates, a firm based in Ghana that consults globally. He is also the CEO of Organization Development Centre-Ghana, a non-profit entity that has trained more than 100 Africans in Gestalt Organization and Systems Development during the last decade.
John Nkum served for 15 years as a faculty member of the International Organization and Systems Development Program, and has been admitted into the founders’ circle of the Gestalt OSD fraternity. He is also certified for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) psychometric instrument by Otto Kroeger Associates, USA.
John Nkum is an ordained bi-vocational minister of the Ghana Baptist Convention with a specialization in teaching and couples and family therapy.

Partner and Faculty: Mary Ann Rainey
Mary Ann Rainey, Ph.D. is an executive coach and organization consultant with a global client base. She specializes in the application of holistic perspectives to improve organizational performance and transformation. Her executive leadership experience includes Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness of Exelon Corporation and Vice-City Manager of East Cleveland, Ohio.
Mary Ann has an extensive resume in the field of applied behavioral science: In 1987, she was project manager for the first application of Appreciative Inquiry theory to an organizational change initiative at a top-five Canadian accounting firm. Her Gestalt OD experience spans more than 20 years and includes co-chairman of the US and International Organization & Systems Development (OSD) Programs and co-founder of the Ghana OSD Program. She is a past board member of NTL Institute and has taught in the NTL OD certificate programs in India, Europe and Singapore and in management programs at Case Western Reserve University and Benedictine University. The Kurt Lewin Center has honored Mary Ann as a Lewin Fellow.
Mary Ann created the iGOLD™ model and has published numerous articles including co-editing the 2004 special edition of the Journal of the OD Network, Organization Development and Gestalt: An Ongoing Partnership. Her most recent article with David A. Kolb, Organization Leadership: Leading in a Learning Way, introduces the innovative RSVP Fundamentals of Leadership Model.
Mary Ann and her husband live in Chicago, Illinois.

Partner and Faculty: Chantelle Wyley
Chantelle Wyley MIS, Certificate (Coaching) is a coach, facilitator and trainer who specializes in development project management training, facilitation training, leadership development, organization development and systems change. She uses emotional intelligence and Gestalt OD to primarily coach and support public sector leaders in the technical aspects of project/program management, leadership, personal development, diversity, and how to cultivate powerful personal presence and resonant relationships.
Chantelle has taught coaches and consultants in the International Gestalt Organization and Systems Development (IOSD) Program (2006-2012), the Business Executive Coaching Program at the University of Witwatersrand Business School, Johannesburg (2009-2012), and other Gestalt OD programs in South Africa. She is co-chair of Baobab Consulting and Training (Cape Town, South Africa), is a Senior Technical Advisor in the Technical Assistance Unit of the National Treasury (South Africa), and is an associate of the Teleos Leadership Institute (Philadelphia, USA).

Faculty: Cortney Cahill
Cortney Cahill, M.S.O.D. is an organization development coach and consultant focused on developing leaders and their teams to drive business results through organizational alignment and strategic initiatives. Coaching and consulting to leaders since 1997, Cortney’s clients range across higher education, healthcare, professional services, federal government, NGOs, and non-profit organizations. Clients include, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessey, L’Oreal, IBM, Boston Children’s Hospital, Starwood Hotel Group, Transport Canada, Heifer International, UVM Medical Center, and Viacom, among others.
Cortney specializes in working with established leaders and teams to develop their emotional intelligence around all aspects of business performance. Leaders examine the patterns that support or hinder their ability to realize their full potential. Cortney’s expertise is focused on providing leaders and teams the opportunity to understand their impact on their immediate and market environments and thus, make more strategic decisions about how to optimize their influence on all factors affecting business results. Clients often talk about the transformational nature of the work. Her style builds on client’s strengths while also providing a supportive and clear platform for the exploration of key areas for development.
Cortney holds a Masters in Organization Development from American University, and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Colorado. Cortney has completed her Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) and through the International Coaching Federation. She serves as axillary faculty in the International Gestalt Organization and Leadership Development Program (iGOLD). Additionally, she has completed training through the Gestalt International Study Center, Gestalt OSD Center, Teleos Leadership Institute, Korn Ferry International, CENTACS, and has a certification in Emotional Intelligence through Case Western Reserve University.
